We redesigned our cycling kit last season and we still have some bib shorts in the older design. Therefore, out with the old to make room for the new. Hincapie shorts are made in Columbia. The quality of the chamois is exceptional. These are top of the line bibs. We recommend padded shorts or bib shorts like these for training and / or recreational riding.
